Each Saturday in September, the Market will also host a tent, where volunteers will be able to answer your questions about participating, or on the event in general. This tent will be open through September 22nd and will accept both registation forms and entrance fee payments. The table will also be open from 8am to 12pm on Saturday September 29th for sign-in on setup day.
VOTING
Winners of the Scarecrow Contest will be determined by a combination of a judging panel, and public voting ballots. If you wish to participate in the public voting - just visit one of the participating local Clarence Hollow businesses listed below, to pick up and drop off your ballots. Scarecrows can be viewed along Main Street in the Clarence Hollow, between Ransom and Salt Roads and each will display information about the individual, family or group who created the scarecrow. Voting will run from October 1st through the 10th, with prizes awarded at the Clarence Hollow Farmers' Market on October 13th.

2012 Autumn in the Hollow Scarecrow Contest
The Clarence Hollow Farmers' Market is excited to host the 2012 Autumn in the Hollow Scarecrow Contest. Information on this event is posted below, along with the registration form, for those wishing to participate.
The contest is open to individuals, organizations, families, businesses, churches and schools. Proceeds from the entry fees benefit the Clarence Hollow Farmers' Market, a non-profit organization.
